Kardashian appeared on The Talk to deny recent rumours that she had suffered a miscarriage.
She described the reports as "ridiculous", adding that she normally does not respond to tabloid speculation as "90% of what they write is false".
"But when you talk about someone having a miscarriage, that's so personal and so hurtful," she said. "Lamar and I do want kids, and it will happen when it's in God's plan to happen."
Kardashian continued: "With the trade, moving back and forth, there's a reason why we don't have a newborn baby right now. But with someone claiming I had a miscarriage when there's no fact-checking, no anything, that's bad karma. Is that how much you guys need to sell magazines that you say something so disgusting?"
Kardashian, who previously described the rumours as "sick" on her Twitter page, added that some of her friends had called her to offer their sympathies.
She also denied claims that she has had fertility treatment, explaining that she would be open about it if it was true.
"I'm 27, and if I was having fertility treatments I would want to share that with the world because I would want people to know at my age it's okay and it's common," she said. "It's not just for people who are older who want to have kids.
"I would not hide that and I don't understand why people keep claiming I'm doing things that then become unsuccessful. It's hurtful and I think discouraging to other women who need fertility treatments."
Kardashian recently said that it has been a "crazy year" shortly after Odom left the Dallas Mavericks.
