Earlier this month, the Hole rocker claimed that Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl had hit on the 19-year-old, her daughter with Grohl's former Nirvana bandmate Kurt Cobain.

Grohl vehemently denied the accusations, calling them "upsetting, offensive and absolutely untrue", while Cobain herself also fired back at her mother's story.
"While I'm generally silent on the affairs of my biological mother, her recent tirade has taken a gross turn. I have never been approached by Dave Grohl in more than a platonic way," she wrote on her own Twitter page. "I'm in a monogamous relationship and very happy. Twitter should ban my mother."
Love recanted her story on Saturday morning, taking to the social networking site once again in an attempt to make amends with Cobain.
"Bean, sorry I believed the gossip," she posted. "Mommy loves you."
