The singer was pulled over by police in California on March 26 and was taken into custody on suspicion of being under the influence.
Brown, who was later officially charged with DUI following the arrest, has since entered a plea via his lawyer at the Superior Court arraignment in Van Nuys.
The AP reports that Brown pleaded not-guilty to misdemeanour counts of DUI, driving with an illegal blood-alcohol content and driving on a suspended license.
He could face up to six months in prison if convicted.
Brown's attorney has insisted that the star is taking his arrest "seriously" and was not driving erratically, as authorities claimed.
