The rapper hit out at claims that he suggested his romance with the star was like his friend Jay-Z's relationship with his singer wife.
He told Us Weekly: "Of course there are a lot of media inaccuracies surrounding this past couple of weeks, especially the 'She's my Beyoncé' quote. I would never compare anyone to my friend's wife."
The 34-year-old's alleged comment was even the subject of a Saturday Night Live sketch.
He told the publication: "Come on now, that doesn't even sound like me. If I don't say something in a rap or on Twitter, it's not true."
West and Kardashian were first linked after being photographed together in New York earlier this month, where they had lunch and shopped at FAO Schwarz and luxury department store Jeffrey's.
