Costner returns to court in casino battle

Kevin Costner is continuing his court battle to take sole ownership of a South Dakota casino.
The actor asked the South Dakota Supreme Court to look again at a previous ruling which forced him to give £3.2m to his two business partners and former Midnight Star Casino managers Francis and Carla Caneva, whom he fired in 2004.
The amount represented the believed value of the casino. However, Costner believes the amount was unfair, and says that no financial documents were consulted in reference to the value of the casino.
