The royal couple, who will celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary this Sunday, made their first public outing since William's deployment to the Falklands.
Catherine wore a £1,000 Matthew Williamson dress to the documentary about the big cats of the Kenyan savannah narrated by Hollywood actor Patrick Stewart, with a clutch and pair of shoes by British designer Emmy.
Prince William, carrying a brolly to keep the Duchess dry, is a patron of the charity Tusk Trust, in which the film was in aid of and he also famously proposed to the Duchess during a romantic break in Kenya.
The royal pair were joined at the premiere by director Guy Ritchie and girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley.
