Brand turns celibate for career?

Russell Brand has announced his intention to turn celibate, in order to concentrate on his professional life.

The comedian is frequently in the media for his sexual exploits, including a high-profile fling with Kate Moss earlier this year, but he has decided to give up sex to concentrate on comedy.

He said: “I've decided to become celibate for a bit, sex doesn't bring you happiness ultimately - you're only going to find happiness within yourself. It gets to the point where you just seem to be having it off with everyone whenever you can. I feel like I want to concentrate on comedy and not having it off all the time."
