The Pineapple Dance Studios and Dancing on Ice star recreated iconic images of the royal for an upcoming T-Mobile campaign.
"I absolutely loved doing the shoot and the T-Mobile TV ad," Spence said. "It was great fun.
"I'm sure I've done her Majesty proud. Everyone knows that I make a fabulous Queen, so there really wasn't anyone else for the job."
The Queen celebrates the 60th anniversary of her coronation in June and will mark the occasion with a variety of extravagant events, such as a Thames river pageant featuring EastEnders actor Steve McFadden and a concert organised by Gary Barlow.
Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue, Sir Tom Jones, Sir Elton John and Sir Paul McCartney are among the singers confirmed for the Buckingham Palace gig on June 4.
