Beyoncé 'training five days a week to get back in shape'

Beyoncé has reportedly been training five days a week to get back in shape.

The 'Crazy in Love' singer gave birth to her and husband Jay-Z's first daughter Blue Ivy Carter on January 7.

Speaking to Us Weekly, the new mother's trainer Marco Borges revealed that she has been hitting the gym five days a week.

"We do cardio and plyometric moves like lunges and jumps on and off a bench," he told them.

She also is apparently avoiding processed fare, sticking to whole foods like vegetables and grilled meats. "You don't have to eat only celery sticks," Borges commented. "Be sensible and exercise constantly."

A friend of the singer told the magazine: "[She] is loving her body!"

Beyoncé is currently preparing for her first post-birth gigs, which will take place from May 25 to May 27 at Atlantic City's Revel hotel and casino.
