The Fashion Police star and husband Bill Rancic experienced difficulties conceiving, but announced in late April that they are expecting a child via gestational surrogacy.

"We are so blessed!" Giuliana told Us Weekly. "This truly is a miracle baby."
"It will be the best moment of our lives," she added of the birth.
Giuliana recently described the woman carrying her child as "amazing" and praised her for helping them to conceive.
She confessed that she is nervous about dropping her child, adding that she can be very awkward when holding a baby.
