'Avengers' Cobie Smulders: 'My daughter wants me to get married'

Cobie Smulders has said that her daughter is ready to see her get married.

The actress, who plays Maria Hill in the mega-hit The Avengers, has been engaged to Saturday Night Live cast member Taran Killam for three years. The two have a 2-year-old daughter named Shaelyn Cado.

"She really wants a dress and she wants white shoes," Smulders told ET Canada.

The 30-year-old went on to say that Shaelyn has been planning the guest list.

"If people come over she'll be like, 'Mama, are they coming to the wedding?' Usually it's a yes," Smulders said.

The Avengers opened to a record-breaking $200.3m in the US this weekend.
