Madonna finally adopts baby boy?

Madonna has finally adopted a child in Malawi, according to reports.

The father of the one-year-old boy told the media that the singer had officially adopted his son, following weeks of speculation. Madonna's spokeswoman has revealed a statement will be made in the next 48 hours.

Yohane Banda said: "I am the father of David, who has been adopted. I am very very happy because as you can see there is poverty in this village and I know he will be very well looked after in America."
