The Lost star was pulled over in his hometown in Oregon on Saturday morning (May 5), according to TMZ.
He was reportedly on his way to a fast food restaurant with a passenger when he was arrested by police at 3.23am.
Fox was taken into custody and released later the same day.
The 45-year-old made headlines last September when he was accused of punching Cleveland bus driver Heather Bormann outside a nightclub. However, he faced no charges over the incident.
Fox played Jack Shephard on ABC's Lost between September 2004 and May 2010.
