The Hollywood actors will take to the pitch as part of the Rest of the World team for the charity football match at Old Trafford on Sunday, May 27.
Hunger Games actor Harrelson took part in the 2010 edition of Soccer Aid, scoring the winning penalty for his team.
"As far as chances to have fun while doing something that helps other people... it doesn't get much better than this," Norton said in a statement.
Harrelson added: "Scoring the winning goal at Old Trafford in 2010 was probably the highlight of a pretty great life. Granted, I instantly became the least popular man in England, but they loved me in Ireland.
"It was great to be a part of the Rest of the World's first victory against the English team, I can't wait to see what happens this time!"
AC Milan player Clarence Seedorf has also joined the Rest of the World team, while striker Kevin Phillips and defender Des Walker have joined the England line-up.
Soccer Aid is organised by Robbie Williams in order to raise money and awareness for UNICEF.
Kasabian's Sergio Pizzorno was also recently confirmed for Soccer Aid 2012.
