Cruise honoured with own day in Japan

The Japanese Memorial Day Association have honoured Tom Cruise with his own day.

The actor is renowned for visiting the country regularly, and spends endless periods of time with Hollywood fans there.

Cruise recently admitted that he would love to shoot the next Mission Impossible movie in Japan, continuing his relationship with the people of the country.

Cruise is the first Hollywood actor to be awarded a day in his honour.
