The former Beverly Hills 90210 actress - who recently announced her split from Peter Facinelli after 12 years of marriage - is believed to be seeing HGTV star and interior designer Antonio Ballatore.
A Little Bit Country star Garth was reportedly spotted having a romantic dinner date with Ballatore at First Food and Bar at the Palazzo in Las Vegas.
A source told Us Weekly Garth and Ballatore - the winner of the fourth season of HGTV Design Star - were "flirty and very touchy" over dinner and dessert at the eaterie.
The pair have previously openly flirted via Twitter, with Garth writing: "Saw a show today called The Antonio Treatment. I think I need that."
Ballatore responded: "On my way! ;) xo."
Garth and Twilight actor Facinelli are parents to three children, 14-year-old Luca, 9-year-old Lola and 5-year-old Fiona.
Facinelli officially filed divorce papers in late March, citing irreconcilable differences.
