The Bee Gees singer - who died on Sunday (May 20) after a long battle with cancer - will have a celebration of his life and work at the London landmark.
"This will be the biggest send-off since the death of John Lennon," a friend of the family told The Sun.
"Robin was so very highly regarded in the industry and this will be reflected in the turnout.
"Robin's boys, Spencer and Robin-John, are also working on ideas for their dad's farewell."
Gibb's funeral will take place in Thame, Oxfordshire, where he lived with his wife Dwina.
The legendary singer reportedly wanted his band's hit 'How Deep is Your Love?' to be played at his funeral.
