Heather Mills has accused estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney of assaulting her during their marriage.
Mills also claims McCartney verbally abused her and excessively took drugs and alcohol during the time. The accusations are contained within court documents recently filed by Mills.
McCartney allegedly stabbed her arm with a broken glass, as well as choking her when she asked him if he had been smoking cannabis.
The former Beatle's spokesman refused to comment on the situation.
