The actress had a lawsuit filed against her from a former nanny who alleges that she made derogatory comments towards Filipinos on a regular basis.
Stone's lawyer told TMZ: "This is an absurd lawsuit that has been filed by a disgruntled ex-employee who is obviously looking to get money any way she can."
Erlinda Elemen says in her filing that Stone repeatedly called people from her country "stupid" and reacted negatively to food from the Philippines.
Elemen, who is a practicing Christian, alleges that Stone would not allow her to read the Bible in her bedroom at the family home.
She also claims that Stone would not allow her to speak to her children, saying that she didn't want them "to talk like you".
Elemen additionally claims in her suit that Stone tried to take back overtime money she had been paid.
The star's former nanny finally alleges that when she challenged Stone about the overtime pay, she was subject to repeated verbal attacks in front of others including staff and house guests and ultimately fired in February 2011.
