Stevie Wonder has been honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Civil Rights Museum in America.
Accepting his award, 56-year-old Wonder urged the world to "use the gifts God has given us to help those less fortunate."
"You must use your eyes, voices, ears. Tomorrow is never promised to any of us. You must be the best you can be right now," added the singer.
Previous recipients of the prestigious accolade include Oprah Winfrey and former Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton.
