Bieber was named '2012 Elizabeth Taylor Fragrance Celebrity of the Year' for his women's scent Someday, while Klum's Shine perfume took home the award in the 'Broad Appeal Women' category.
The 'Boyfriend' singer gave his acceptance speech via telecast, saying: "I'm honoured to be named 'Elizabeth Taylor Fragrance Celebrity of the Year'. It means a lot to me that my fans and The Fragrance Foundation support all my accomplishments.
"The best part is that my favourite charity is sharing in the success; it is important to pay it forward. Plus I have the girls smelling great."
Bieber, however, was beaten by fashion designer and A Single Man director Tom Ford's Violet Blonde fragrance in the 'Luxe Women' field. Ford's Jasmin Rouge fragrance also took home the award for 'Best Nouveau Niche Women and Men'.
Meanwhile, Klum was on hand to pick up her award, which she won over Christina Aguilera's Royal Desire scent and Fergie's Outspoken Intense perfume.
'Countdown' singer Beyoncé was nominated for her fragrance Pulse, while Taylor Swift was nominated for Wonderstruck, although neither star won an award at the ceremony.
