Ellie Kemper gets surprise bachelorette party from 'Ellen' - video

Ellie Kemper has been given a surprise bachelorette party by Ellen DeGeneres.

The Office star, who is engaged to writer Michael Koman, was in the middle of an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show when alarm bells rang in the studio and a stripper dressed as a fireman arrived to cavort for the star.



A smiling DeGeneres then coyly handed Kemper dollar bills to give to the stripper, who danced to LMFAO's 'Sexy and I Know It'.

Kemper appeared shocked by the surprise bachelorette celebration, telling DeGeneres and the audience: "Thank you, thank you so much!"

She also handed out much of the money she had been given by DeGeneres to the studio audience.

The Bridesmaids actress first announced her engagement on Conan in December 2011 and said at the time that her fiancé Koman is a "delight".
