The singer's Steve Stoute Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now has been sued for failing to pay back a $250,000 (£162,000) loan to TD Bank.
The New York Post reports that Blige's charity has now been accused for failing to pay the beneficiaries of a college tuition.
A total of 25 high school graduates from the Women's Academy of Excellence in 2010 received four-year scholarships to the college of their choice from Blige's foundation.
However, several girls who received the honour say that their tuition bills have yet to be paid.
Gennevive Sarfoah, a SUNY Canton undergraduate, says that the charity barely paid her tuition bill for her first year and have not made any payments since then. She is now in danger of dropping out.
The mother of another student who has failed to receive payments said: "I have to get a loan for her to go to school. I've been calling and emailing them and there's no response".
Blige, who made over $2 million for the pulled crispy chicken Burger King advert, has yet to comment on any of the current legal troubles her charity is facing.
