Paris Jackson will discuss her feelings about her father's death in 2009 on OWN's Oprah's Next Chapter.
The interview will include Jackson talking about her childhood, her upcoming movie role and her life since moving out of her family's estate.
Talking about wearing masks as a child, she said: "I was really confused. I didn't get why I was wearing a mask.
"I understand it now. My dad wanted us to be covered. He wanted us to have a childhood. Chuck E Cheese was one of our most favourite places to go."
She added of her father's death: "It never gets easier."
Oprah's Next Chapter, which will also feature an interview with 50 Cent, airs Sunday, June 10 at 9pm EDT on OWN.
Earlier this year, Paris dismissed reports that she claimed her father's posthumous album Michael did not contain his real vocals.
