The 'Call My Name' singer confirmed that she was single while appearing on The Graham Norton Show, saying: "I would consider Prince Harry."
Making a telephone sign, she added: "Call me".
Katy Perry joined the Girls Aloud star on the BBC One chat show, and agreed that the prince was a "hot ginger".
Cheryl Cole has spoken about dating Prince Harry in the past, saying that she would be branded a "cougar" if they became lovers.
The singer also joked that The Queen asked for her to be standing behind her while Prince Charles made his speech at the end of Monday's Diamond Jubilee Concert.
She said: "I did not know I was on camera until I came off stage.
"They stood us in line and then they brought the Queen out, but she wanted to stand next to me."
Cole also told Norton about how she was able to repair her friendship with Simon Cowell after she was axed from The X Factor USA.
"They had devices and were blowing them up. They had one dressed up as Simon. I got to press the button," she said.
"I then got messages from Simon who said, 'Now you've blown us up is there any chance we can have a conversation?'
"And that was when I first spoke to him."
Cole and Perry will be joined by comedian Ross Noble on tonight's episode of The Graham Norton Show.
She will also perform her latest single 'Call My Name' on the show, which airs tonight at 10.35pm on BBC One.
