The actress, who was attended to by paramedics at the Ritz-Carlton in Marina del Rey, took to Twitter this morning (June 16) to make light of the reports.

"Note to self.. After working 85hours in 4days, and being up all night shooting, be very aware that you might pass out from exhaustion (sic)," said the 25-year-old actress.
"7 paramedics MIGHT show up @ your door," she continued. "Hopefully theyre cute. Otherwise it would be a real let down."
Lohan then confirmed that she was back on the set of Elizabeth Taylor biopic Liz & Dick before signing off.

The I Know Who Killed Me star was recently involved in a collision with an 18-wheeler vehicle.
The truck driver claimed he had been offered a bribe following the incident. The actress has allegedly blamed the crash on brake failure.
