According to a new survey, the presenters are setting the best example to their contemporaries by balancing their personal lives with their professional ones.

Ross' leading competition came from second placed David Beckham, and Jamie Oliver, who came third.

McCall beat Jools Oliver into second, while Kate Winslet came in third.
