A Rolling Stones fan is suing the band for $51 million, after they cancelled a show last week.
The group were due to play in Atlantic City on October 27, but pulled out four hours before the start time. Rosalie Druyan later filed the lawsuit, claiming Mick Jagger was aware he would have to cancel for medical reasons much earlier than he let on.
She claims the incident cost her and other fans hundreds of dollars each on hotel and travel bills.
The gig has been re-scheduled for November 17, but no additional comment was available from the band.
