Samuel L Jackson spoofs Nicki Minaj for BET Awards promo - video

Samuel L Jackson has impersonated rapper Nicki Minaj in a promo advert for the upcoming BET Awards.

The Avengers actor wore a short pink wig as he rapped a few lines from Minaj's 'Beez in the Trap' track and showed off his ring fingers.

Jackson is set to host the 2012 BET Awards on Sunday, July 1 at 8/7c in Los Angeles.

Minaj is nominated for 'Best Female Hip-Hop Artist', competing against Diamond, Brianna Perry and Trina.

'Mercy' rapper Kanye West leads the BET Awards nominations with six under his name, while his Watch the Throne collaborator Jay-Z earned five nominations.

The BET Awards performances line-up include Minaj, Usher and Chris Brown.
