Stuart Lynn Dunn was arrested in May for apparently trying to make repeated contact with the Black Swan actress at a gym in the city.
The 27-year-old was also held by police earlier in the year after breaking into Kunis's home in West Hollywood.
Ted star Kunis filed a restraining order against Dunn, which he violated when he tried to speak to the actress for three days in a row outside of her gym.
Dunn, who is reportedly homeless, has undergone mental evaluation in the past for his actions.
He is scheduled to return to court for a pre-trial hearing on Wednesday, August 1. If found guilty and convicted, he could face a maximum custodial sentence of four years.
