Fashionable Manchester label Gio-Goi has hired the rock star - who has been struggling with drug addiction - to design and sell a range in its Summer 2007 collection.
The singer has designed a t-shirt emblazoned with the slogan "Drug Free", in which he has appeared wearing.
Anthony Donnelly, for the label, said he was delighted with the result. "Pete looks fantastic as a model," he commented. "We are very excited and we look forward to having Pete's influence as a rock icon in the design process."
Gio-Goi has worked with British rock icons including Oasis and New Order in past years.
