The Hunger Games star, who previously admitted that she often gets mistaken for the late night host, revealed that she now takes advantage of the error.
"I don't mind being compared to Chelsea Handler at all," Banks told Fox 411.
"It helps me when someone says, 'Oh, you're Chelsea Handler' and I say, 'Yes, I am'. That gives me one more gain of anonymity," she explained.
Banks went on to say that Handler doesn't mind that she impersonates her.
"We met at a party and we were both aware people compared or confused us," she said. "She's a great broad, a real wit."
The actress, who welcomed a son in March, recently claimed that having children is the most rewarding experience a woman can have.
