The Giuliana & Bill star, who is expecting her first child with Bill Rancic via gestational surrogate, recently revealed that she will be working on the Olympics in London until August 11 with the baby due at the end of that month.
"We are going to be on standby," she said. "We think it's going to be okay. The doctor assured us. He thinks maybe even early September the baby will come."
However, Rancic took exception to the interview's headline on Us Weekly, which originally read: "Giuliana Rancic: I might miss my son's birth."
Writing on her Twitter page, she said: "Hey @usweekly. What's with the made up headline 'I may miss my son's birth???' When did I give that quote??? #whatajoke #false."
The Us Weekly headline now appears to have changed.
Rancic recently revealed that she is excited about welcoming a baby boy, joking: "I've always wanted a little Bill." Meanwhile, her husband Bill has previously told Digital Spy that their son will "certainly" be a part of their reality show.
