The No Doubt singer will front a 'Family Day' with the US First Lady at her Beverly Hills home on August 12.
The event will be in aid of Barack Obama's re-election campaign, and follows similar parties hosted by Sarah Jessica Parker and George Clooney.
A family of four can join the pair on the day by donating $1,000 to the campaign.
A $5,000 donation will allow a family to spend face-to-face time with Michelle Obama and Stefani.
It is currently not clear if Stefani and Obama's children will also be at the fundraiser.
Gwen Stefani has previously donated $1 million to help children affected by the 2011 Japan tsunami, while also holding a number of auctions of her own fashion range to aid children's charities.
No Doubt will release their comeback album on September 25.
It will be the first new studio album from the band since 2001's Rock Steady.
