The Brothers & Sisters actress currently stars as May Parker alongside Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone in The Amazing Spider-Man.
Field told The Hollywood Reporter that her chosen superpower would be "to go around and give massive intelligence to all the politicians all over the world, starting right here in this country."
Chris Zylka, who plays high school bully Flash Thompson in the film, chose the ability "to become a panther whenever I want."
"I would want to be the fastest bike rider in the world and win the Tour de France," revealed Spider-Man producer Matt Tolmach.
The Amazing Spider-Man is a reboot of the popular Sam Raimi franchise, starring Garfield as a high school student who gets bitten by a radioactive spider and becomes a superhero.
Two sequels to the new film are now in the works.
