It was reported that Queens native Quamine Taylor broke into the producer's Hamptons mansion in April.
According to the New York Post, the 30-year-old intruder admitted to eating Combs's food, smoking his cigars and using his toothbrush.
"I brought a cheese steak, a cheesecake, a bucket of fried chicken - which I ate at the house - and drank a 'dollar' bottle of Hennessy and four cans of Pepsi," Taylor told prosecutors during his court hearing on Thursday (July 5).
Taylor was reported and arrested less than 24 hours before entering Diddy's mansion, but revealed that he "was actually hoping to stay, like, 5 to 17 days."
He has now been sentenced to time served, as he was unable to post his $2,000 (£1,291) bail after his April arrest.
Taylor has also been ordered to stay away from Diddy's property for five years.
This is not the first time Taylor has crashed the rapper's mansion. In 2001, he reportedly got into the property by pretending to be Diddy's cousin, and was later caught swimming in his pool.
