She tweeted a photo of herself and friends on a plane just hours after reaching a settlement in her leaked sex tape case against ex-boyfriend Justin Edwards.

She accompanied the image with the message: "Its my birthday and ill fly if I want to!! ... Up high if I want to! #ibiza (sic)."
Earlier in the day, the 'Young' singer wrote about her court victory: "JUSTICE IS SERVED! Moving on..ibiza here we come! #2012 #BIRTHDAYGIRL #IBIZADUKUFOOTSOLDIERS."
Contostavlos spoke outside London's High Court this morning about her sex tape ordeal, stating: "I am relieved that this is finally over. It has been a very testing few months and this was not a case I ever wanted to go through.

"Justin Edwards's actions were to spite me, make money and ruin my career. He has succeeded in none of these things.
"I stand here today a stronger, wiser young woman who has taken this experience and learnt from it."
