The Modern Family actress and Loeb became engaged earlier this week after roughly two years of dating.

According to The Huffington Post, Loeb, a former financial executive, is "loaded" and will share much of his fortune with Vergara following their marriage.
"Nick is loaded. He lives like a king," the source explained. "No-one is really sure what he does, but whatever it is, he does with style. His apartment in New York is amazing and his family is worth a fortune."
The insider went on to say: "I'm sure they will sign a prenup should they split, but as long as they are together, Sofia will [live] like a queen. They have had a rough patch and briefly split, but now things between them couldn't be better."
Vergara and Loeb split briefly in May but reunited soon after in early June.
