The comedian made the remarks when asked by Piers Morgan how it felt to be a single man after his marriage to Perry officially came to an end this week.

"I think what happened at the weekend was an administrative finality, so I don't think that it makes very much difference," he told CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight yesterday (July 17).
"Of course I still feel great feeling of compassion and warmth for Katy, but I'm very happy with my life. My life is a simple life... I'm like a farmer whose product is a TV show instead of tomatoes."
Brand filed for divorce from Perry in December after just 14 months of marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences".
Perry has since been romantically linked to Florence + the Machine guitarist Rob Ackroyd.
