However Paris, the daughter of late pop superstar Michael Jackson, has blasted the reports, insisting on her own Twitter account that her 82-year-old grandmother is "completely fine."
She wrote: "I am going to clarify right now that what has been said about my grandmother is a rumour (sic) and nothing has happened, she is completely fine.
"If you guys know anything about who started this lie, I would really appreciate it if you told me, I'd like to know who made up the rumour."
According to TMZ the 14-year-old also addressed the recent controversy surrounding her late father's will, calling out her uncle Randy Jackson for contesting the authenticity of the singer's will.
"Hello dear FAMILY member I don't appreciate you telling everyone things that aren't true thank you very much," Paris reportedly tweeted at her uncle, apparently removing the post minutes later.
She later wrote: "I will defend my beloved family member with all I have, even if it means from other family members... At this point I don't care what people call me or if they think I'm a bad person… if it means sticking up for my grandmother I will do it ."
