Halle Berry returns to set of 'The Hive' after injury

Halle Berry has returned to work on her latest film after being rushed to the hospital following an on-set injury.

The actress was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles on Tuesday (July 17), after falling and hitting her head on concrete while shooting The Hive.

A spokesperson for Berry revealed that she was treated for "a minor head injury," and planned to continue with filming.

TMZ reports that Berry returned to the Los Angeles set of The Hive today (Thursday, July 19), with no visible injuries or bandages.

This is not the 45-year-old's first set accident. Last year, she broke her foot while filming the upcoming Cloud Atlas in Spain.

The Hive, which also stars Abigail Breslin and Michael Imperioli, is expected for release in 2013.
