According to some of Michael Jackson's siblings, his will - which leaves everything to his three children Prince, Blanket, and Paris Jackson - has been falsified.

Tito joined family members Jermaine, Rebbie, Randy and Janet Jackson in signing a letter to the executors of Jackson's estate dated July 17, which accused them of harming the health of matriarch Katherine Jackson.

However, TMZ reports that Tito has now chosen to withdraw from the dispute altogether.

He said: "I completely retract my signature from the July 17 letter sent to the executors of my brother Michael's estate and repudiate all the claims made against them.

"I don't want any part of that letter whatsoever."

Tito's son TJ Jackson is reportedly in the process of becoming temporary guardian to Michael Jackson's three children.

Katherine Jackson, who was appointed as legal guardian to Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket, is currently believed to be in Arizona.
