The actors, who have been married for almost seven years, separated in April, according to People.

Mabrey has now filed for divorce in LA County Superior Court.
She reportedly cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.
Mabrey has guest starred in a number of television shows and appeared in the movie Snakes on a Plane, while Embry had roles in shows such as 2003's Dragnet and Brotherhood.
The couple have no children together, though Embry has a 12-year-old son from a previous marriage.
