A number of Jackson family members - including Janet, Rebbie, Randy and Jermaine - recently claimed that their late brother Michael's will is "fake, flawed and fraudulent".
Tito was originally involved in the dispute against the estate, though he later decided to withdraw his opposition to the will.
Tanay has now told E! Online: "If [Michael] wanted to put any of his brothers or sisters in the will, he would have."
The ongoing feud also saw the alleged kidnapping of Michael's mother Katherine, although she has denied claims she was taken away against her will.
Katherine has now returned home, but Tanay's half-brother TJ has taken over custody of Michael's children Prince, Paris and Blanket.
"[TJ] has always been that... fatherly type of personality, even as teenagers," Tanay said. "He's good to his own kids. He always wanted to be a father."
Tanay, who revealed that her grandfather Joe Jackson said "the media blew [the situation] out of proportion", added that Katherine should take a break from caring for Michael's children for a while.
"Me, personally, I don't think she should continue watching the kids," she said. "I just feel like she needs to rest. I feel like she does not need to be under the stress of the whole situation."
Asked if she had a message for her relatives, Tanay said: "I hope you guys get it together... I want everybody to get along. I want everybody to be loving. Just stop, that's enough."
La Toya Jackson is also hoping for an end to the feud, recent reports have claimed.
