The 24-year-old told The Mirror that she prefers staying in with her mum to going to nightclubs.
Turner said: "I love living at home. Why would I want to move out when my ironing's folded on my bed, my washing's done, the cooking is done?"
The actress compared living with her mum to always having a friend in the house, saying that she prefers having company to being alone.
Turner explained that she moved out of her family home a few years ago because she thought it was something she was supposed to do, but did not enjoy the experience.
"I moved out, bought a dog, then moved back and my mum had to have me plus the dog. But it was brilliant to be back," she said.
The former EastEnders star also revealed her ambition to lead a healthy lifestyle, although she insisted that she does not want to get too hung up about her appearance.
"I have a tummy but I don't get hung up over it," she said. "I look at my little sister Daisy now and she's got exactly the same figure as me. But I'm starting to realise that, as you get older, it doesn't come off as easily."
Turner revealed that she enjoys exercise and regularly goes running and walks her dog. She also attends body combat classes but admitted: "I get distracted really quickly - I end up talking to people instead of exercising."
Turner is currently starring in supernatural drama Bedlam on Sky Living and will appear in new ITV2 show Switch, about four girls living in North London who are also witches.
