While she was gone, Michael's nephew TJ Jackson replaced her as legal guardian of the late popstar's three children Paris, Prince and Blanket.
Meanwhile, Janet, Rebbie, Randy and Jermaine have questioned the validity of Michael's will and are attempting to overthrow his estate.
Police also visited the home of Katherine after Janet allegedly slapped Paris while trying to force them to travel to Arizona.
TMZ reports that Prince, Paris and Blanket "didn't appear to be having that much fun" at the concert last night.
