Police visited Katherine's home earlier this month during an alleged domestic assault involving the siblings and their late brother Michael Jackson's three children.
The incident took place shortly after Katherine was reported missing, though it was later revealed that she was taking a break in Arizona.
According to E! Online, the children's temporary custodian TJ Jackson has now been advised by Michael's estate representatives to keep certain members of the family away from Katherine's home.
TJ's attorney Charles Shultz revealed that a letter was given to security on the property and "that letter was in compliance with Judge [Mitchell] Beckloff's order and is not arbitrary".
Shultz continued: "As for the family members who are on that list, they were either at the house on Monday, July 23, 2012, or in some way participated in the events surrounding that date.
"In addition, Mrs Jackson is completely free to talk to whomever she chooses and is free to come and go from the house with anyone whom she chooses."
On Friday (July 27), Katherine Jackson and Michael Jackson's three children attended the Jackson brothers' tour in a show of support.
