The 21-year-old was arrested last month in New York City and charged with two misdemeanours after police found her drinking in Union Square and possessing a fake ID.
Scout, who was 20 at the time of the arrest, decided to fight the charges and her lawyer described the situation as "ridiculous".
However, Scout has now struck a deal with prosecutors, TMZ reports.
The case against her will now be dropped if she completes two days of community service and does not get in trouble with the police again for six months.
Earlier this month, rumours claimed that Scout and her sisters Rumer and Tallulah were considering a restraining order against Moore following reports that they had stopped speaking to her.
