The cyclist won the women's keirin on August 3 and is cycling for a second gold in tonight's (August 7) sprint competition.
Victoria Pendleton is set to light up the velodrome tonight in the women's sprint final; if she brings home another gold for GB, the EDF Energy London Eye will shine gold in the evening.

The London landmark is lit up in Olympic colours every night during the 2012 event between 9pm and 10pm.
Earlier this year, Pendleton posed as Britannia as part of a campaign for Hovis.
The sports star has reportedly been targeted to appear in the next series of Strictly Come Dancing, alongside fellow Olympians Beth Tweddle and Rebecca Adlington.
