The presenter wife of Wayne Rooney posed for imitations of classic catalogue covers from the 1930s to the 1980s in a photo shoot by the acclaimed Terry O'Neill.
"It's been fantastic recreating the covers of past Littlewoods catalogues," she said. "There have been so many changes, the outfits have been great and the looks have been so different from each other, I've had to be so many different characters.
"Working with Terry O'Neill was such an amazing experience, he's a fashion legend who has photographed some of the biggest style icons in history, so to be photographed by him was a real honour. I hope people like the final photographs and a big happy birthday to everyone at Littlewoods."
O'Neill added: "The shoot for Littlewoods was really interesting. Recreating the different covers, using different lighting for the different periods, we have really pulled it off well in every case.
"It's turned out to be exceptional. I've shot every top model of every period that's going, and Coleen's right up there amongst my favourites now.
"I've photographed Frank Sinatra, Steve McQueen, anybody whose anybody I've photographed. This shoot with Coleen for Littlewoods's birthday will definitely go down in my memory as a really good job."
Rooney has been the face of Littlewoods since June 2010 and designed a number of clothing collections for the company.
